About these terms
These terms apply to your use of dentking.ca and to any estimate, repair or service we provide. By using this website or authorizing work, you agree to them.
If anything here is unclear, call us at 236-420-5464 before authorizing work. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
Estimates
Estimates are free and are provided in good faith based on the damage visible at the time of inspection. Because damage is not always visible until a panel is disassembled or a repair is underway, the final cost may differ from the estimate.
If we find additional damage that changes the cost, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Repairs and warranty
We warranty our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The one exception is rust repairs, which we do not warranty. The warranty also does not cover new damage, normal wear, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair.
Paintless dent repair is performed on your vehicle’s original finish. In rare cases where the finish is already compromised, PDR may not be suitable and we will tell you so before starting.
Payment
We are a private-pay shop. Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept the payment methods listed at our front desk. Please ask before work begins if you have a question about payment.
Vehicle storage
Vehicles must be collected within a reasonable time after we notify you that work is complete. Storage charges may apply to vehicles left on our premises beyond that period.
We are not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle.
Use of this website
The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Dent King and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We aim to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is provided without warranty. Prices, hours and services may change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a repair is limited to the cost of that repair. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in British Columbia.
